What does the Tuscarawas Community Foundation aim to do?
Tuscarawas County is a wonderful place to live, to work, to raise a family and to enjoy in later years. As Tuscarawas County residents, we have so much to be proud of. We have strong ties to our area’s history, fierce loyalty to our schools and endless compassion for one another, both stranger and friend.
It was out of this compassion, this dedication to improving the lives of others, that the Tuscarawas County Community Foundation was built. More than a decade ago, the Foundation was forged as a tool to be used to build up the lives of others.
We’ve helped some great people
in the last few years.
One of our awards to the Kent Tusc campus supported the construction of the Applied Science & Advanced Technology center – a 50,000 square foot facility that houses science and nursing programs and a workforce development center.

The AAA of Tuscarawas County and the Board of AAA East Central established a legacy fund in May of 2008 to continue the past practices and financial support provided through AAA for local safety-related efforts continues.
